Our local club was established in 1941, with our very first project being Milk For Britain. Kin clubs across Canada raised more than 2.5 million dollars to send milk to children in Britain during the war. We have been deeply involved in both local projects and national initiatives ever since.

The Medicine Hat Women's Shelter Society, the Medicine Hat and District Food back and the BeYOUth Centre are a few of the local organizations that we regularly work to support. In addition, the Kinette Club of Medicine Hat has hosted the annual Terry Fox run since 1985.

Kinette Korner: In 2015 we purchased a new climbing station and in 2018-2019 the kitchen/BBQ area was revamped to include a more comfortable and functional place for families to gather.
Cystic Fibrosis

Cystic Fibrosis: As our National partner we contribute to fundraising efforts to Cystic Fibrosis Canada to support research and families living with CF. The Kinettes also purchased a sweat collection system for the hospital in 2012.
Canadian Blood Services
Canadian Blood Services
Canadian Blood Services is another national Kin partner and over the years we have donated blood, volunteered at blood clinics and raised awareness about the importance of organ donation.

YMCA High Ropes Course
The Kinette Club of Medicine Hat made a significant donation of $25, 000 to the YMCA High Ropes Course in the 2013-2014 year.
